I focus on breathing and grounding myself.




Life can be challenging, but I can quickly make myself feel better by focusing on my breathing. Breathing brings me back to the present moment. I can only solve my challenges in the present. I am free of the past and future.


Before I make an important decision, I ground myself by remembering my values. Any decision that supports my values is a good decision. I can hear my conscience when I take the time to slow down and breathe.


Breathing is the best way to control my body and emotions. When I slow my breathing, I slow my thoughts. A slow deep breath slows my heartbeat and allows me to be more centered and focused. I can make good choices when I am focused.


I focus on breathing and grounding myself. I love the feeling of control I have over my emotions. I am free of being reactive. I am in command of my reactions to people and situations. I am impressed by my ability to stay calm, cool, and collected in all situations.


My day is more enjoyable and productive when I remember to breathe and ground myself. I stay in the moment and handle any challenges with ease and confidence. My stress level is reduced and I feel healthier.


Today, I face all challenges by remembering to breathe. When I focus on breathing and grounding myself, I have an easy and enjoyable day.
